In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist. We gladly accept exchanges or will provide a refund for damaged items within 14 days from the date of receipt. To initiate an exchange/refund, please follow these steps:

4. Shipping Costs:
For exchanges due to damaged products, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. You will not be responsible for any shipping fees related to the exchange. 

5. Processing Time:
Once we receive your request and confirm the eligibility for an exchange, we will process your replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 days for us to inspect the damaged product and ship the replacement.
